  • Q: 2.5i?  Dirtbikegg198511 months ago

Any idea why this would not fit a 2009 2.5i?
    • 0 of 1 people found the following answer helpful

A:  SMY has only confirmed this to fit the WRX/STI from 2008-2014. There may be a chance that this will fit the 2.5I but we are not able to confirm fitment.

  • Q: No rubber bands?  NightwingSTI4 years ago

I recently acquired one of these from a guy I bought my STI from... however he didn't have the rubber bands to hold the gauges tight. Can I purchase those separately? Or is there something else I can use?
  • Q: Size?  Malloy4 years ago

Will the oem sti boost gauge fit in this?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  The OEM Lamco STI boost gauge will not fit in this pod because it is smaller than 52mm. The SPT boost gauge is 52mm, but may not fit all the way in the pod due to its length.

  • Q: 60 mm guage fitment  bikenbowman032615 years ago

I want to fit 2 defi bf advance guages in this. Is there any way to do this?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Unfortunately there is not because if you tried to widen the holes, you would basically have nothing to set the gauge in.

  • Q: Replace  maquino5 years ago

Does this actually replace the stock part and if so are there instructions oh how to remove it?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Yes its a replacement of the stock unit. No instructions are included as you can simply follow the instructions in the Factory Service Manual. In reality you simply pull the stock piece back towards the driver and the stock pod will come right out.

  • Q: BRZ fitment?  Randomdotguy6 years ago

Do you have anything like this that will fit the 2013 BRZ or FRS?
  • Q: Smy gauge pod  T-Rex6 years ago

Why will this gauge pod not fit a right hand drive sti?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  It will not. RHD models are a flip of LHD so the cluster is not the same all around. Fat on one side skinny on the other. So if you try to put it on the other side it will not match.

  • Q: 60mm?  FrankF6 years ago

do they make this with 60mm gauge pods? i have two AEM gauges that i am pretty sure are 60mm? also do you guys sell a triple a pillar gauge pod for a 2011 STI sedan?
    • 1 of 1 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Frank, sorry they only fit 52mm gauges. And also we do not make an A-Pillar pod. If you are looking to run multiple gauges and wanted to keep it really clean there are a few multi gauge solutions that are 52mm. PLX Devices, AEM makes a gauge called the Fail Safe gauge has Wideband (air fuel) and boost in 1 gauge.

  • Q: Symmetrical  kiribiyashi7 years ago

Is the Guage pod symmetrical? i read one of the questions as it does not fit into RHD car. but if its symmetrical i spose there can be something done to it.
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  The outer edge of the hood is not symmetrical and that is why it will not fit RHD cars.

  • Q: 2011 SPT Boost Gauge Work?  iscofidio7 years ago

Has anyone mounted the 2011 or 2012 SPT boost gauge in this? I have that (came with the car mounted on top and I hate the location). It is very long I want to check before placing an order.
  • Q: alcantara please  dirtysti057 years ago

Does anyone offer this with the alcantara covering?
  • Q: Further Modification?  jaime1671110447 years ago

I have 60mm Prosport gauges with the step allowing it to fit inside a 52mm opening. My problem is that they will stick out an additional 3/8 and the back depth exceeds the limit at 2 1/4. Is there anyway to customize the back of the guage pods to accommodate these gauges? Thanks!
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Unfortunately there is not really a good way to get them to fit. It would take a good amount of modification, involving cutting that would take away from the pods clean look.
