Q: 2018 WRX n_mo7 days ago
I have installed nameless axle-back muffler delete, nameless midpipe, and a Cobb big SF intake on my 2018 WRX. Days away from putting on cobb’s accessport. I am wondering what other parts are needed to be able to run a stage 2 map. And if it is an exhaust component needed, would it be smart to stick to nameless to match rest of my system. Thanks

A: With your current mods, you'd want to run the Stage 1+ SF map, to move to the Stage 2+ SF map, you'll need to add an upgraded catted J-pipe, and delete the 2nd boost restrictor pill. Brand on the J-pipe doesn't particularly matter with this map, as long as it is catted.

Q: Do I need tuning? șoferul 14 days ago
I have a 2015 WRX STi with catted invidia DP and R400 installed also AEM could air and GFB blow valv open 50/50. Will it be safe to drive Without getting tuned?
-
-
0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful
A: You would require a custom tune for your setup, Cobb does not offer an OTS map for it. You'd also likely want to upgrade your injectors/fuel pump, an aftermarket intake with a downpipe tends to max out stock fueling very easily.

Q: map selection Teo27 days ago
I have a 2018 STI with a Mishimoto intake, and Invidia turbo back catted. Which map should i be using. currently in California.
-
-
0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful
A: Cobb does not have an OTS map for the Mishimoto intake, you'll want to have the vehicle custom tuned. In addition, the 15+ STI's will typically need injector/fuel pump upgrades before you can run a downpipe and intake together. The stock fuel system does not flow enough to run both together. You would also be able to put the stock intake back on and run Cobb's Stage 2 map.

Q: 2011 Wrx Crawdad 1 month ago
I have a 2011 wrx. It is currently pro tuned. My tuner is 3 hours away, so if I change something on my car, is there a way that my tuner could send an updated tune to my accessport without actually having the device? And how would I go about doing that?
-
-
0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful
A: Your tuner should be able to email you maps, and you can load them to your AP via Accesstuner.

Q: How would I tune my Wrx Blubee2 months ago
Hi, so far I have a AEM Cold air intake and Invidia cat back exhaust. I plan on getting the Invidia j pipe exhaust also and the Cobb accesstuning port, but so far iv read comments on the access port working with Cobb parts mainly and if it’s not a Cobb part the tuning isn’t as easy or somewhat great in comparison. If I get the next 2 upgrades would I be able to go to stg 1 or 2 with what I have (brand wise) or how would I go about it?

Q: AP Map for 2017 Wrx Justin 4 months ago
I have an ETS intake and an ETS turboback exhaust. My pro-tune isnt for 20 days. What is the recommended map to use?
-
-
0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful
A: Unfortunately, Cobb does not have an off the shelf map for the ETS intake at this time. I'd recommend either switching back to your factory intake and running Stage 2 (assuming you're running the catted ETS J-pipe), or requesting that your tuner send you a safe base map to run until your tune.

Q: Cobb Stage 1 Requiring Professional Tune? BruceMoose414 months ago
I have a 2019 WRX base and all I have additionally installed is a K&N Filter and a Private Label MFG muffler delete. Purchased an AP and flashed to stage 1 93 octane high waste gate. The car runs amazingly. My question is, if I do not plan to add anything additional to add power and leave car as is, do I need a pro tuner. I had a friend that knows much more than me and he said all of the gauges are showing that its running great. A pro tune is a lot of money and if I don't need it, I would rather not do so.
-
