Not only does it improve the functionality, but also the looks, ditching the glossy plastic makes the access port look higher quality. Goes on easily, but is a little expensive for what you are getting. Screen cleaner is a nice touch, and i have

I have my Accessport mounted on the far left A/C vent and in certain conditions, namely a certain road on my commute, the glare was blinding. Now when the light hits it at that angle I can't read the screen but the film diffuses the light so it doesn't blind me. Very happy with the purchase.
