Are you to busy to worry about tuning your own car? Would you like piece of mind knowing your vehicle's computer (ECU) is protected against accidental damage. Are you ready to spend less time fumbling with a laptop and more time driving?

COBB Tuning offers you the ultimate personal tuning solution for your WRX. Save time and money with the ability to conveniently reprogram your vehicle's computer (ECU) by selecting one of the pre-installed performance "maps" that automatically optimize settings such as the air/fuel ratio, ignition timing, boost and more for performance results you can instantly feel.

However, the AccessPORT is so much MORE than just a REFLASH DEVICE. It allows you to monitor fuel economy (average and real time), perform performance tests in order to estimate your 0-60mph and 1/4 mile time, read and decipher ECU trouble codes (CELs), and monitor live data via the OEM vehicle sensors which eliminates the need for aftermarket gauges.

This AccessPort will only work with North American ECU's.

Stage 1 Kit Includes:
- AccessPORT
- Quick Start User Guide
- USB Cable
- OBDII Connector
- Soft Case

Note - The 2008+ WRX/STI do not need to have the test connectors connected as stated in the instruction booklet to install the AccessPORT. These vehicles will automatically go into test mode thanks to the CAN BUS protocol.

If you want to make more power or go to stage two this is great but just make sure to get pro tuned down the line.. ( my opinion) the cobb map made my car run very rich, and was getting about 230 whp with (stage 2 cobb map) after a pro tune i was making 300whp conservatively, love the real time tuning and launch control, all is amazing, and its nice to be able to monitor boost etc. and log to send to my tuner if any issues arise.. great product just my two cents about making more power..

By far the best mod you can make for the money. Makes the most of anything else you do... and does it safely. I noticed a difference with the remapped stock alone. Once stage 1 was complete... passing in 5th gear at 3500 rpm is almost like you dropped down to 4th. Great fun!

This is a must have product! It is a way better tune then stock and you can keep an eye on things also. The best part about it is that if something happens you can alway re-install the stock tune because the system saves it.

  • Q: 2015 sti  DylanMedler 15 days ago

I have a stock 2015 still. If I get the Cobb sf intake and access port v3 will the Ots maps be good enough to run the intake? Or do I absolutely need a protune? And also will the maps be good enough to also run an aftermarket exhaust as well or will I need a protune for that? Thanks!

    • A: It is kind of hard to say exactly. Cobb only confirms their MAPs to work with their products, however, I have never had an issue running a downpipe with the accessport. You shouldn't have any problem however I cannot say for sure whether or not it will be sufficient enough to run a cold air intake or anything like that.

  • Q: Which map?  miguelchu 2 months ago

Hi! I just purchased the accessport for my 2009 sti and got AEM cold air intake and invidia q300 cat back exhaust. The downpipe is stock. Just wondering which map is best for me. Thanks!

    • A: Stage 1 will be best.

  • Q: Changing previous tunes  Roj3og 3 months ago

My sti had an accessport with a protune on it when I bought it. Is there a way for me to use this map to create a more aggressive tune for drag and tracking?

    • A: I would not run that tune as it was designed for a different car.

    • A: No the pro tune was done on this car. I bought the car with the accessport and the tune.

Can I save my custom tune to the access port even though my stock map is already saved? I wanna try out the stage 2 map compred to my custom tune

    • A: Your custom tune should be saved to the AccessPort as well. We would recommend speaking to your tuner before changing maps.
