Are you too busy to worry about tuning your own car? Would you like piece of mind knowing your vehicle's computer (ECU) is protected against accidental damage. Are you ready to spend less time fumbling with a laptop and more time driving?

COBB Tuning offers you the ultimate personal tuning solution for your WRX. Save time and money with the ability to conveniently reprogram your vehicle's computer (ECU) by selecting one of the pre-installed performance "maps" that automatically optimize settings such as the air/fuel ratio, ignition timing, boost and more for performance results you can instantly feel.

However, the AccessPORT is so much MORE than just a REFLASH DEVICE. It allows you to monitor fuel economy (average and real time), perform performance tests in order to estimate your 0-60mph and 1/4 mile time, read and decipher ECU trouble codes (CELs), and monitor live data via the OEM vehicle sensors which eliminates the need for aftermarket gauges.

Stage 1 Kit Includes:
- AccessPORT
- Quick Start User Guide
- USB Cable
- OBDII Connector
- Soft Case

Power Gains:
Stage1: +15% HP/ +20% LB. FT.
Stage2: +26% HP/ +31% LB. FT

This AccessPort will only work with North American ECU's.

Install is pretty much idiot proof and quick. Don't have any solid numbers but the butt dyno noticed the difference right way just on stage 1!

so I had it. it's easy to use and super user friendly. the maps you can simply download from their site, but most common ones are already loaded on it. The monitoring is awesome cause it reads any sensor you already have on your car. The cons: 1. There is no power button, so if you want to keep it in the car you have to keep unpluging it and such. 2. it shows you only one read out 3. no mounts come included with it. it's a great tool for a quick and simple way to tune but if you like to use it as a read out then get the new one

I recently went stage 2! fully catless and a few other mods. those combined with a killer pro tune from EQ tuning has made my 02 wrx a different car! the ap is great! i can monitor literally everything about my car through the ap. ive also done a couple of 0-60 tests and i frequently use the boost monitor which is extremely accurate! All in all this is a fantastic product. and essential to have when modding your car!

I love my AP. Stage 1 isn't a very noticeable difference at all, but stage 2 is HUGE. I found myself using the fuel efficiency tune more though - and I can get upwards of 30mpg! Words of advice though, just get a protune for it. The only thing I am not fond of is that it's a little bit of a pain to hook up the green connectors and the blue connector for the test modes.

  • Q: Compatibility   Sav 5 days ago

Will this tuner work on my 2007 Saab 9-3 2.0T? It has the basic upgrades, front mount intercooler, intake, already has a Stage 3 tune from JZW I'm trying to get away from. Just want to know if it's compatible. Thank you.

    • A: This is the V2. They no longer make this one. As for the other fitment you will need to enter your vehicle into the search filter and look into our engine management systems.

Can the accessport be used with a wrx that dose not have a cobb intake or the turbo back exhaust ? I have a spt intake and some kind of aftermarket exhaust im not sure what kind it was on when i got it. But i want to make sure i can use it without changing parts.

    • A: You can indeed use the AccessPort without using Cobb labeled parts. You will want to read the Cobb map notes to double check compatibility but as long as your exhaust is similar to the Cobb system there shouldn't be any problem running their map.

The car is a WRX with different bumpers and badges but as far as I can tell it's identical to an 05 WRX. Will this work on my 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero?

    • A: Yes it is compatible with that vehicle

    • A: This AccessPort will only work on cars from the USA and will not work on Japanese models.

  • Q: difference in ver 1 and ver 2 ap   guest55c8ebbccaae52f460ad5e00 4 years ago

just want to know what is the difference in ap ver 1 and ver 2 ap thanks

    • A: The entire system was re-vamped from V1 to V2, everything from Hardware, to software, to user interface, load times, and tuning options. V2 is superior in every aspect and is similar to comparison of a laptop from the late 90's to the most modern computer.
