I bought these for my BRZ. I put them on the car in October. In march I changed over to summer wheels and found that a stud was sheared off from the back on the spacer. Perrin offered a replacement stud/ bolt as the resolution to the failure..... They consider it "normal wear". Dont buy these- they are potentially dangerous.
After reading the reviews I had my fenders rolled before installation. No issues with rubbing and I got the look I was searching for. However, Perrin could put a bit more in their quality control of the lugs on this product. The ends of the threads are not cleaned up very well and if you are using aluminum lug nuts beware! I would strongly recommend taking the appropriate die to the threads and clean them up before exposing you expensive aluminum lug nuts to them. Overall I love the look and feel with these installed, and of course the great service from the team at Rallysport Direct!
I bought these spacers for my 2004 STI and instantly didn't like the look. I was going for flush but these pushed out a little beyond that. Went for a spin around the block and the wheel-on-fender rub was pretty bad. No big deal though, I thought, I'll just pack these bad boys back up and send to Rally Sport since they have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. Well apparently that only applies if you change your mind and never open the packaging. How are you supposed to know if your 100% satisfied if you don't try it on? I tired them on once, uninstalled, they're in the exact same condition they were shipped, all in its original packaging and Rally Sport would not take them back. Now I'm stuck with $300 worth of unwanted spacers. Kinda feel like the 100% satisfaction guarantee is misleading and bogus. Anyway, buyer beware, make sure you are absolutely sure these will fit with your setup before you buy.
Fast shipping, exactly what I was looking! I doubted how much of a difference these would make astetically but boy I was wrong! Be sure to buy a bottle of anti-seize if you buy these so you can easily take them off later down the road for whatever reason you may run into. Well worth the money!!!
I'm really glad I picked these up instead of eBay junk. These are actually hub centric unlike most other spacers I have seen. I would recommend to anyone that these are worth it if you plan to run spacers.

Q: Required lug nuts? JohnnyB6 years ago
Would open ended lug nuts be required for wheel to spacer installation? Thanks

A: The length of the studs is going to be very close to the OEM hub. It is likely you can use either open ended or close ended lug nuts depending on the design.

Q: Extended wheel studs open ended lugs lmccargar393706277 years ago
Hey I have a 08 wrx hatch I have extended wheels studs and open ended lugs is that going to affect how these will bolt up to the car? I'm a little confused how they are installed

A: Extended studs will likely not fit using this spacers since the studs from the hub of your vehicle poke through the spacer, then the spacers are bolted to the hub.

Q: Balancing Borderguy7 years ago
I bought some cheap hub centric spacers from Amazon and had horrible shake from them being off balance. Will I have similar issues with the higher quality Perrin ones?

Q: 5x100 perrin spacers with stock close ended lugs Larrallen138 years ago
Im looking to buy 5x100 perrin spacers 20 or 25mm to poke my stock 06 wrx wheels out when having to use them, ive heard the spacers studs are slightly longer than the stock stud length, open ended is not an option with these wheels and in that case the stock close end accorn lug nut would bottom out and not reach the wheel. Are they longer? Whats the studs length?

A: The studs that come with the PERRIN Wheel Spacers are about the same length as stock, so the stock lugnuts can still be used. The total stud length is 29mm for the threads
