Overpriced for what it is but at least you're getting quality for your money. Feels very nice, way better than OEM and no more annoying popping noises from the OEM plastic one flying down while leaving reverse. It took me half an hour of pounding to get the pin out of the OEM lockout and then another half an hour to get the pin back into the Perrin lockout. I recommend using a carpenter's hammer to remove and reinstall the pin. I tried an 8lb rubber mallet and it wasn't enough force. You REALLY have to beat the living s**t out of the pin to get it to come out, I was seriously worried I was going to damage my gear linkage.

Getting the stock pin out to swap these is easy. Getting it back in was no short order. Once in this was a little sticky at first (even with supplied grease) but then once in for a while it is working just like stock, with a better feel.
