  Installing the shift rod in the deepest setting of the adapter, does it still reduce throw? What is the percentage reduction in throw length at this deepest install setting?

    A:  Throw will be reduced on a scale of 0-50%. 50% being at the deepest setting.

    A:  Hi I think you mean when at the deepest install point (shaft deepest in the adaptor) = 0% and at the highest install point = 50%. Do you agree?

  Can this be used in conjunction with the Kartboy short shifter and Perrin Reverse Lockout Lever for the GR sti?

    A:  This adapter cannot be used with the Kartboy shifter, but it is compatible with the Perrin reverse lock out lever.

  Would this be comparable to a actual short shifter replacement from stock? Can I do this in place of say kartboy ss and have the same effect?

    A:  Yes this unit is comparable to a short shifter and is a different route to achieve to the same goal. The Kartboy short shifter for example is about a 30% reduction in throw.
