I really did not like the look of the OEM Belt Cover. Love the design of it and the look. Another quick install that can change the look of your engine bay.

I was concerned that the aftermarket intake tubing was rubbing against the stock belt cover. I dremel’ed the stock cover a bit. But I didn’t want to get too aggressive and have it look like a hack job. This cover gave me the clearance I needed to not worry about rubbing. I found it a little tricky to fasten the bolt on the driver side because this cover blocks line of sight. And you gotta go Gumby to start the nut on the bottom. I didn’t have small enough tools to get under the bottom to attach the nut.

I have a Cobb charge pipe and the factory cover pushes in to the charge pipe. Will the Perrin cover do the same or will it clear the pipe?

A: Although we have not test fit the two parts together, the Perrin cover will be a fair bit narrower than stock and should clear Cobb's charge pipe easily.
