Overall the part performs as expected but required me to stuff a paper towel into a socket to keep the nut on the end so it would thread. The washer tank needs to come out as well and the fuel filter needs to be moved and the brackets for both need to be removed as well. Good part, kind of a PITA to install. Would recommend for anyone who is willing to get your hands dirty.

As usual, Perrin provides extremely high quality parts, good installation hardware, but less and ideal instructions. However thankfully there are videos all over the web about how to isntall it, make sure you either have small hands or you are able to get a small nut onto a bolt through your wheel-well, I used a wrench with a 10mm and 2 extensions with paper towels in the socket to make it grab the bolt. Overall it makes the brakes feel firmer than before and was completely worth it in every way. Great product.

I had recently upgraded my brake system with the StopTech sport kit and stainless steel brake lines. While these upgrades greatly increased the responsiveness and stopping power, the brake pedal still felt a little spongy due to the excessive movement of the master cylinder. This part definitely solved that problem. Pedal feel is firmer and inspires a lot of confidence in the brakes, even when braking hard. I chose the Perrin unit for a couple of reasons. The first one being that I already have a few Perrin parts on my car and have been nothing but satisfied with them. The second reason being that this particular brace is made out of one piece of solid billet aluminum, unlike the others that are multiple pieces welded together. And, of course, it's cheaper than the alternatives. As with every Perrin part, the instructions were very clear. Install wasn't difficult, probably took me about 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to install. Easy mod. Not a bad price for how clean it looks.
