Is the DRL function on these OLM Sequential Turn Signals w/ DRL always 'On' when the signals are not in use or is this an additional feature that can be wired to be used as a DRL if you would like it to? Are these able to be used as only Sequential Turn Signals as the OEM functions and not have the DRL function "ON"?
