So to replace the oil pump with this unit, I would just need: Subaru OEM Ring Cylinder Block / Oil Pump Seal SUB 10991AA001 & Subaru OEM Crankshaft Front Seal SUB 806733030 Correct?

  • Q: Oil Pump Fitment  Ozpic6 years ago

I am in Australia and have an 06 WRX EJ 2.5 and I have noticed that this pump has 2 recesses opposite each other in the flat part that fits over the crank shaft where as the pump that is on my car does not have these ( mine are flat like the Cosworth pumps) my pump is also the original factory Subaru pump but now needs replacing. So I was wondering what these recesses are for? and could I still use this pump? Please Help ASAP Thank You :)
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  All Subaru turbo model oil pumps are the same in terms of cross comparability other then the new FA motors. So if you have a turbo EJ series motor, this pump will fit with no issues.

  • Q: 03 WRX EJ205 fitment  03WRX6 years ago

Would this pump be a direct replacement for the part# 15010AA300 for the EJ205? Also please let me know all the other seals required to be replaced when installing this in an 03 WRX with their associated part numbers. Thanks!
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This oil pump will be a direct fit for the USDM EJ205 and will more than likely work with models outside the USA, but we cannot guarantee that. You will need to replace the front main crankshaft seal and the rear of the pump is sealed with Subabond.

  • Q: Parts Included?   BlkSaabaru6 years ago

What hardware is included with the oil pump? (i.e. front oil seal, oil pump o-ring, bolts) Thanks!
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  No hardware or seals are included, but you can reuse your stock bolts. We carry the seal for the front and Subabond is used to seal it to the block.

Will this work on standard 05' 2.5RS?
  • Q: 2012 oil pump  Sub06Sti7 years ago

Do you guys have the 12mm that comes on 2011+ sti I have now the 11mm and I don't have enough pressure
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Subaru uses the same pump on all 2008+ STi's, and this is the pump. If you have issues with pressure, that is typically not pump related unless you are pinning your motor well above the stock rev limiter.

  • Q: will this fit 02 wrx jdm ej205 engine?  combibug7 years ago

i've read somewhere that for below '07 subaru should use oil pump with this part #15010AA310 instead?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  I do apologize, but we are not able to verify fitment for JDM vehicles. We recommend confirming fitment before purchasing. If I'm not mistaken part#:15010AA310 is a JDM part number for a OEM JDM oil pump, so it should fit your vehicle, but again we are not able to guarantee fitment. :)

will this flow more for the 08 and up wrx compared to stock?, or does the sti and wrx have the same pump from the factory?

A:  The 08+ WRX does not come with this oil pump from the factory and this will be an upgrade for oil flow.

  • Q: wrx  monkydeath69944828 years ago

This pump will fit an ej20 in a 04 Wrx?
    • 1 of 1 people found the following answer helpful

A:  You are correct, this oil pump fits all 2002+ EJ20 and EJ25 turbo models. It will be higher flowing and higher pressure than your OEM pump so it is a great upgrade when doing a motor build when everything is torn apart and easy to access.
