    When I open the package I notice that the shift knob was on the smaller side no matter what its definitely worth the money that you spend on it I installed it on my car with one of the many adapters that it came with I drive 04 WRX wagon A/T atm....

        A:  I am not sure what thread pitch the auto transmission shift knob is. If it is any of these: • M8 x 1.25 • M10 x 1.25 • M10 x 1.5 • M12 x 1.5 Then it will fit.

      My Toyota uses at 12 x 1.25 shift knob thread, and was wondering how to go about finding an adapter that will make this work on my vehicle. Hope you can offer some assistance. Thanks.

        A:  Unfortunately, this will not include an adapter for M12x1.25.. You would need an adapter with external threads at M18x1.5 and internal threads at M12x1.25. This is not something that we, nor Mishimoto offer but should be available through your local auto parts store like Auto Zone, O'Reilly Auto or Napa Auto.

      Would I need something like the Grimmspeed boot retainer to make this fit my 2013 wrx shifter properly?

        A:  Unfortunately, the Grimmspeed Boot Retainer is only compatible with Grimmspeed's shift knobs as their shift knobs have a spot inside designed specifically for the retainer to sit inside.
