Well worth the price! 4 years ago

Put these on my E46 M3 to protect my wheels from sketchy people. Great packaging. From the outside, it looks there's only 15 but there are 5 more under the first layer. Good coating durability on them however the only gripe I had (and it's minor) is that the key and lock doesn't feel solid when using a torque wrench. It feels like it wants to slip off. I've taken my wheels off five time now and they're holding up quite well. This site was cheaper than Amazon at the time I purchased!

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Q: Fitment   Joseph Escarcega11 months ago

Will these fit the small diameter holes on Work VS-SS?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  We can not confirm this. However, looking at google images, it does seem that some people have run these with those wheels. Again, we can not guarantee fitment.

  • Q: Powder coating   Dead Capricorn3 years ago

Would these lugs be safe to powder coat for extra protection /color scheme change?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  We do not recommend powder coating lug nuts because powder coat requires heating the metal, and that may affect the strength of the metal.

  • Q: Possible rust?   Dead Capricorn3 years ago

I did research but it seems mixed... Do these Kics lugs rust on the inside? Or thats just run off from my vehicles stud?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Any uncoated steel will rust when not cared for. Some climates see this more often than others. If rust develops it can be cleaned, but unfortunately rust can be an effect to any exposed steel.

A:  I had these on my WRX in the Seattle area, parked outside every night. I never saw rust on them.
