Recommend struts
chriswanczyk74178 5 years ago
I got these springs and the lowered the car perfectly. They were very forgiving and perfect for daily driving. I do recommend new struts as well because the ones on my 2002 wrx went out after about a month with these in.

    Answer

Dumb question, which pair is front, and which pair is rear? Don’t have oem springs to compair to.

    • A: The 2 outer springs would be the front and the 2 inner springs would be the rear.

  • Q: 02 vs 04 springs  Lmcmurds 4 years ago

    Answer

Could I put a set of 2004 wrx tien lowering springs on my 02? Or is the suspension setup different?

    • A: You can use 2004 WRX springs on an 02 WRX, but you would need to change the rear top hats and you may need a strut/top hat spacer.

  • Q: New Top Hats?  WRXWagonPSM 4 years ago

    Answer

    • A: These will reuse your oem top hats.

  • Q: struts  Bugeye-Boyer 4 years ago

    Answer

i notice alot of people recommend replacing the struts when installing lowering springs. with these specific springs is there a strut that you would recommend to go with it?

    • A: The Pedders Sports Ryder struts would be the only set we have for your vehicle. It would be wise to go with stronger struts since stiffer springs tend to wear out the struts faster. The Pedders would be a great choice.

      Nick S. 4 years ago
    • A: There isn't one specific recommend one, but KYB or Pedders will be a great replacement.
