Will I need camber bolts for the front to be back at OEM camber settings?
A: You will need to have an alignment shop check your vehicles camber after installation, to determine if camber bolts are needed to bring the settings close to OEM.

took the springs and car to a local shop and they said they wont do it with out the alignment specs from tien how would I find the alignment specs so I can have them installed
A: Tein does not publish any alignment specifications and you generally want it as close to stock specs as possible for a daily driver.
