Description

RallySport Direct is proud to carry a great selection of quality suspension products brought to you by Epic Engineering.

On this page, you are looking at the Epic Engineering Lowering Springs. This is a complete set of springs for the front and rear of your vehicle.

Here are the details:

  • Lowers the center of gravity of the vehicle for improved balance and handling
  • Drop height in the front by 25mm and slightly lower for the rear springs to provide a slightly raked or "nose down" stance
  • Proprietary spring rates
  • The decrease in ride height effectively  lowers the coefficient of gravity as well as the front roll center which inclines the vehicle roll axis further up to the rear

Body Roll and Soft
Bones36613817 6 years ago
I purchased these springs thinking that they would significantly improve the handling. I love how the car sits, but there is a significant amount of body roll and they are not progressive enough. They are relatively comparable to stock springs.

No drop, body roll, but a nice ride.

These springs hardly do what they're said to do in the description. Not only was the car no lower (actually, the only thing different was the rear was HIGHER), but they also do not ride stiffer and have even more body roll over the stock springs. The only thing the springs do that was advertised, is they do have a smooth ride. I used these for one winter, then sold them and went to a different spring. One star.

Epic Engineering Springs..didnt drop as much as I wanted
Jeffk182 7 years ago
Well, im pretty content with the way the car rides...a little stiffer than I expected, but that could be due to running the Feal Suspension revalved STI struts. My only complaint is that the front end didnt drop much at all...I measured the front ride height at 15'' so it barely dropped the front...I was expecting more like 14.5'' but I guess I can live with it.

  • Q: 02 wrx fitment  Razorbackhart42598 5 years ago

    Answer

Will these fit my 02 wrx if I put different top hats on? Thanks

    • A: We are only able to confirm fitment for the year and models specified but we have had customers fit them on their early model WRX's with some slight modification.

    • A: Yeah it should but you also need to use a Rear Strut Spacer like Pedders.
