Quality is top shelf but installation is difficult. I paid to have it installed as I didn't want to goof up and suffer oil leaks. My installer finally go it to fit with difficulty. Totally problem free once installed
Can't think of a reason not to go with Killer B! As said before quality is obvious over OEM and other aftermarket stuff out there. USA, USA! And a big thank you to RSD for wonderful service!
Thai is a very high quality oil pan. All of the welds are done very well and is much stronger than an oem oil pan. Installed with pick up tube and baffle plate, everything was included and looks great. One thing to know is if its going on an 02-04 wrx then you'll need to get a new dipstick from a 2.5( the one with a hook handle) or your oil readings will be wrong and could cause issues.

Q: Ceramic Coating azslogan10 months ago
Any reason this couldn’t be ceramic coated to reduce oil temperatures in the pan.

A: I think you would be better off doing some gold foil where the manifold comes close to it, or just ceramic coat that same area, as the aluminum dissipates heat super quick. Thanks!

Can this product fit on a 4EAT WRX? With that said, is there a difference between an oil pan vs a transmission pan?

A: This will fit the confirmed vehicles listed, regardless of transmission. The oil pan holds engine oil, the transmission pan holds transmission fluid.
