Features & Product Details
RallySport Direct proudly carries a massive selection of performance suspension and drivetrain upgrades brought to you by Whiteline.
Over time and mileage, the original shifter bushings in your Subaru can degrade and become weak. This will cause excessive side-to-side shifter slop and overall excessive shifter movement. This may make your car feel a little outdated and sloppy, but luckily Whiteline has a little package that can relieve this problem.
The Whiteline Front and Rear Shifter Bushings will include new front shifter bushings, as well as a new rear shifter bushing. These bushings feature durable urethane construction that is long-lasting, and a little stiffer when compared to the conventional rubber material found in the OEM bushings.
Once installed, your shifter function and feel will be restored back to a new feeling with more precise and crisper shifts. Your driving experience will be improved for daily driver use, or for the occasional weekend track event.

Ordered this whiteline bushing kit along with the torque performance shifter linkage bushing kit, total game changer. before install of any bushings shifter felt like it was in neutral no matter what gear you were in also made shifting questionable at time. Spent about and 1 and a half installing all supplied bushing, went for a test rip and could not be happier. And to top it off customer service as well as shipping and price was top notch.
So I installed these with the Whiteline Positive Traction Kit, Rear Diff Inserts, Gearbox Positive Shift Kit and Whiteline Front and Rear Shifter Bushings. Shifter slop was about 95% eliminated and shifts are now very very solid, notchy and a tad bit stiffer making it so much more satisfying to bang gears. Installing these increased the NVH by a considerable bit, you feel a bit more vibration especially during startup and the gearbox now sounds a bit like a straight cut/dogbox transmission with audible the whine in 1st to 4th gear which I personally love. The rear end also feels much more planted and willing to turn in during corner entry while also feeling more responsive and cooperative. In daily use on rough roads, it hasn't increased the ride stiffness by a noticeable amount to me and I can gladly live with it as a daily despite the harsh roads here. They were quite challenging to install though, about an hour and a half.
This was such an inexpensive mod I had to do it! I installed these on my 2019 STi with around 15k miles and an STi short shifter. Great quality kit despite its price advantage over competitors. Even comes with instructions, which is more than I can say for some others. I had hoped some of the side to side play would be eliminated, but if there was any improvement in lateral play, it was very slight. Shifts mainly just feel more solid and mechanical. There is a very slight gear whine but I like the sound. Not loud enough to annoy the wife. Install was more annoying than I thought it would be but not that bad. Definitely recommend for bang for buck.
Love the quality of the bushings, they just feel SOLID in your hands. Amazingly crisp shifting with this kitinstalled as my oem bushings were pretty sloppy. Be warned this doesn't take away much side to side slop like I hoped it would, but that vagueness from 2-3 is just GONE. I swore to many generations and holy figures during install and definitely questioned my sanity, but it was well worth it and the price was the best on the market. Noticeable increase in NVH, mostly in second gear which has an audible wine that didn't exist before. I don't hate it, just sounds and feels more connected and alive. RSD had this shipped to Canada in just 3 days so I was very impressed with them, thank you!
Install kind of sucked but glad I did it. Did it on my back in the garage and it was pretty tight in there. Can’t beat the price and Whiteline quality. All it is is a few pieces of poly. Why pay over twice as much for the other brands?

Q: Durometer? cameron18703800333 years ago
I can't find the durometer spec for these (KDT958). Do you know how hard these are, or how they compare to say torque solution's kit? Thanks

A: I believe these are 75 Durometer which would make them the same hardness as the TS kit. Thanks!

A: Fortunately, I got a response from James at Whiteline a month ago. He quoted these bushings as 85 duro, which he said is considered their "medium" compound.
