The Whiteline Transmission Mount Insert has been designed to add more reinforcement and structural rigidity to your existing transmission mount. This mount installs by filling the voided areas in the transmission mount and once it is installed, then it should reduce the lag in shift response while removing any slop in the rubber transmission mount. This insert has been made from durable polymer materials that will provide you with years of performance.

Quick and easy install. I installed the Perrin Shifter Stop, Perrin Brass Shifter Bushing, Whiteline Gearbox Positive Shift Kit, and Whiteline Transmission Mount Insert at the same time on my 2021 WRX Base.

Heatstreak
For the price it's definitely a nice improvement over stock that won't break the bank. It's harsh as the group-N mount which I tried first (too much NVH for me). There's still a bit of added noise but I can live with it. This was installed with the positive shift kit so I cant tell how this would be on its own but you can definitely tell how much support/ rigidity it adds when your under the car. I used to be able to move the whole transmission by nudging it, but not it's nice and solid.

A: For the record The group n mount doesn’t have the open gaps near the center that this insert is made to slip into, I don’t think this would work on that mount.
