I had to replace all 5 exhaust hangers on my 05 LGT because my old ones were extremely worn out and one already broke. These were a perfect OEM replacement and I had no issues with installing them.

Definitely use dish soap or have a strong person handy. I tried one side without dish soap and had to get help to get it off and re-adjust. Once they are on the tightness lets you make fine tweaks to get the exhaust lined up perfectly.

For most aftermarket exhausts, I'm guessing the larger hole size of this product isn't a problem, but I found out the hard way that this does NOT fit with the X-Force Catback exhaust for 08+ WRX Sedan. The X-Force exhaust has much smaller diameter hanger brackets when compared to the stock exhaust (and possibly other more popular aftermarket systems). This led to my exhaust bracket moving freely within the Kartboy hanger, not good. I had to apply some plastic tubing to the brackets and then grease the Kartboy holes to slide over the tubing and ensure a snug fit. So far so good, but the old stock hangers would've fit just fine on my X-Force brackets (too bad I cut them to remove them), so be mindful about the bracket size on whatever exhaust you choose to purchase. Assuming that you can use OEM hangers on any exhaust system (not advised, but it should still be possible), then why would Kartboy make these with bigger holes? The only advantage I saw from the larger holes was that it was easier to slide them onto the hanger brackets on the chassis, because those suckers are massive! I doubt RSD previously knew about this bad combination with my exhaust, as they're usually pretty good about spotting things and warning people during purchase. Please take note of this and do your research before buying.

Put a little WD on these guys when installing so you can move the exhaust around to mate parts up. Else nice for the $ since I needed five.

I bought these hangars after having a custom exhaust installed on my 2008 Nissan Sentra Spec V. The tailpipe would move and sway when i started the car or whenever i stepped on the throttle. I swapped all of the soft squishy OEM hangars for Kartboy 12MM hangers. WOW. Completely stopped all movement. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

A: The standard hangers should work fine for your application. If you find the exhaust sits closer to the bumper than you like the extended hangers might be a better choice.

A: These are OEM length hangers and will sit similar to stock, although they may be stiffer depending on how aged your stock hangers are. It would be better to loosen the exhaust and situate the exhaust tips where you want, then from back to front tighten each flange while a friend holds the tips where desired.

A: The 2015 STI uses 5 exhaust hangers total. This not any better or worse than the 60mm long hangers, and these are stock length. Most exhausts are designed to use the stock, or stock size hangers, and it the exhaust is adjusted properly, then it should not be too close to the bumper.
