Recommend removing the center pipe rubber hanger from the car and placing it on the pipes hanger. Made it easier for me.. had that and the Y-pipe bolted together already though. Didnt really know what to expect after install. (Also had the catted invidia dp with a base tune) but the sound was phenominal! First time actually upgrading a vehicle, id have to say im satisfied. Very bassy tone
Have both invidia catted 3” dp and the Q300 cat back which neither are installed though im impatiently waiting to finally put them on. Im writing this reveiw so that rallysport stops the email hassle on getting me to make a review! Be patient rally sport! 👌🤪 (1star on a few because like i said havent installed yet) 👍 im gettin there rallysport i promise
I purchased my Legacy GT wagon last August. It was well worn and needed some love to get it road worthy again. The previous owner had an aftermarket exhaust system on it (don't know what brand), but removed it with the sale, replacing it with a stock system. It was disgustingly ugly and way too quiet. Anyway, I agonized over what system to go with. I wanted a sporty sound, but nothing that was obnoxiously loud and raspy. I chose the Invidia Q300 after a friend recommended it to me, since he had the system installed on his STI. i voiced my concerns and he assured me I'd be ok with the Invidia. Well the bottom line is, I couldn't be happier. Great sound, great looks, great price and a lot of compliments. The ground clearance is tight where the piping routes around the rear suspension and differential, so have to drive carefully on rough roads with a lowered car. Otherwise all smiles. Will try to upload a Video/Audio clip in the near future
It looks really nice. Really throaty sound for a bolt on! Overall I love it and I would recommend it it anyone!
There's not much else to say. Sounds great on my 2007 Legacy GT. A quality product.

A: Some products will specify in a note that they will not fit the wagon version, however, this exhaust doesn't and will fit your 2005 Legacy GT Wagon.
