Invidia Q300 Cat Back Exhaust
Subaru WRX/STI 2002-2007
Features & Product Details
If you are looking for a great way to squeeze a little extra performance from your vehicle, then you will be pleased with the Invidia Q300 Cat Back Exhaust System. There are several performance attributes that makes this an excellent upgrade. This exhaust system has been made from 304 stainless steel and features 76MM piping. The exhaust has also been designed with minimal bends to reduce the amount of turbulence during acceleration, allowing the engine to exhale the exhaust gasses with less restrictions. This means you will have improvements in throttle response, along with increases in both horsepower and torque.
This exhaust will come with a beautiful 101MM polished tip, and the exhaust hangers are welded onto the stock location of the pipes so you don't have to perform further modifications.
New gaskets and hardware will be included to make this exhaust system ready for installation.

Just installed this on my 05 WRX Wagon. I was looking for a stock replacement that’s a bit more fee flowing and not too loud. This fit the bill. Zero rasp but good meaty sound. You can hear it from the cab but it’s not very loud and the idle is just a hair louder than stock. I’m waiting on the Grimmspeed coupler but the exhaust fit well enough on the stock donut gasket for a temporary fit. I’d be careful about how tight you torque it though, to not gouge the gasket since you’ll be using it later. One complaint, the bolts that came with the exhaust are too large to attach to the cat. I had to use M8 bolts to attach and the exhaust comes with M10 bolts. Great overall
I have owned a few different exhausts for my 07 WRX, but this one is my favorite. (I’m getting old too, so might have to do with it). Fitment is perfect, might want to grab some long and short hangers though to play with the height. But sound is amazing. I had the N1 with resonator before, it was loud, good loud, but too loud. This Q300 though, it’s almost the same level at idle and low RPM, but it doesn’t “scream” like the N1 when you get into high RPM, it’s more civil. After 4K RPM on N1, I felt like everyone thought I was trying to race. This is still plenty loud enough for me, just Mature and not as raspy. No change in noticeable performance. Think I still like the look of N1 slightly more. The tip is the same size though too, wouldn’t guess from pics.
I have this installed on my 2000 Subaru 2.5rs and it fits perfectly using most of the existing hanger brackets with the longer Kartboy polyurethane exhaust hangers. I had to also get an adapter and a new donut gasket to mate it with my Cobb downpipe. The sound is exactly what I was looking for and does not have an obnoxious drone from inside. It's quiet when the car is idling and does not bother my neighbors when I leave for work early in the morning. However, when you want to unleash the beast, you can definitely hear that infamous Subie rumble!
Easy to install. And sounds great a deep tone that doesnt drone. A great buy. I came from a invidia n1 race
I did the install of this on my own. The two piece assembly made this very easy to get the pipe aligned while squeezing under my car. Exhaust came with all new gaskets and hardware. I purchased this to replace the custom made exhaust on my car (Needed something less quiet). It fitted up perfectly with my ETS rotated downpipe without issue. The tone is pleasant and made my mini monster less noticeable on the street. Being catless and having equal length headers, it still growls a bit. Once the wastegate opens, you can't hear this exhaust at all. Thank you Rally Sport Direct for the fast shipping over the last few years!

Does this include gaskets and hardware for the 3 inch flanges? I know I'll need the adapter for the stock downpipe and donut gasket.

Q: Flow n1 vs q300 sprint200mm8300211 months ago
I have a 2006 sti with an ividia n1, i’m ready for something quiet. How much more restrictive is this exhaust? I’m running a fp blue on flex fuel, and am worried if it will be restrictive or need to be retuned. Running about 400whp on a mustang dyno.

A: I doubt you would notice a difference at all. The dyno might measure a few HP loss, but in the real world, you would not be able to tell outside the reduction in noise of course. I say go for it and I think you'll be super happy with the way this sounds on a high HP car :)
