RallySport Direct is proud to carry the Process West Top Mount Intercooler. Once you start performing modifications that increase horsepower or torque, and if you are running more boost then you will surpass the thermal cooling capacity of the factory top mount intercooler which can lead to heat soak in your 02-07 WRX 04-14 STI or the 04-08 Forester. This top mounted intercooler is a great performance and efficiency upgrade over the stock intercooler and in turn will help reduce your intake air temps!

After purchasing an IAG AOS I was disappointed to find out the my Mishimoto intercooler no longer fit. I loved the intercooler for it's awesome fitment in my Forester so I was sad to see it no longer fit. After debating getting an STi intercooler or a GrimmSpeed intercooler I decided I wanted something that didn't compromise fitment or have any rubbing issues on the AC hard lines. After doing some research I landed on this intercooler. Upon ordering it I was still unsure if it were truly going to fit well in my Forester. Many manufacturers claim their products fit the Forester but 9/10 times their product will rub on the AC lines. I was able to get this installed with my IAG AOS and I was very pleased to find out that this intercooler fit perfect and had NO rubbing issues. This intercooler is the real deal and it fits amazing. I did have to put in a little more effort to install it because of all of my extra lines due to the AOS which is to be expected with any TMIC. For the $650 price this intercooler far beats the GrimmSpeed intercooler especially considering they have a near identical core size. Not to mention this intercooler is $350 cheaper than GrimmSpeed's ($1000 vs $650). The decision for Forester owners should be clear.

Great addition to my 2007 wrx sti. My only gripe is, cosmetically the lettering didn’t take much to peel off after a week.

I choose to go with the process west and I was really happy with the quality of the packaging. It was easy to install. I love that it comes with a larger Y pipe than the OEM one and how it came with new bolts and I didn’t have to used my old bolts. I love how it looks overall once I was done with the install.

Echangeur magnifique, donne du style au bloc moteur, performance au rendez vous. Attention toutefois, il rentre juste dans l'emplacement pourvu, si la barre anti rapprochement est trop imposante il va falloir la changer. Très bon service de la part de l'équipe rally sport direct. Livré à la Réunion en une semaine.

A: This will be solid at 450 whp, and okay at 500. Over that it would not be recommended.
