(Installing on 2006 WRX) Quality seems good, but there are a few things that hold it back from being a good product. -The IC to TB hose was too long and would need to be trimmed for everything to fit properly. It was about .5" longer than stock and caused the Y-pipe to not fit correctly on the turbo end. -There was some excess rubber (casting flash) inside the Y pipe that needed to be removed. -The T-bolt clamps are good quality, however the bolt for the clamps for the IC to TB hose was too short and nearly impossible to get the nut started.

Package says no modification required... not sure about that for a 2007 WRX. Y-pipe showed instances of casting flash from the mold on the inside of the pipe that had to be trimmed with a razor before install. Not a major deal, but I expected a nice smooth contour from the factory. One leg of the Y had to be trimmed for length by about 0.5" to match stock geometry. 0.5" needed to be trimmed from the intercooler outlet hose as well. Snaking the BOV tube around and under the intake hoses was a bit of a nightmare; not Mishimoto's fault. The stainless clamps are great quality, but are quite a bit larger than stock, and won't fit in all places. Prepare to reuse a stock clamp or two. Overall? Still better than stock, especially for the Y-pipe. No change in performance for the install, but should not degrade like the cheap plastic and rubber units. I would not purchase these if your stock hardware works. If something is falling apart though, this is a good answer. Be standing by with just a little WD-40 to lube the interfaces between the silicone hose and the aluminum engine parts before installation. It makes it much easier.

Instalation went well. It's pretty straight forward. The improved air flow is noticable. Throttle response is better and, boost delivery is smoother. The down side was that the clamps that go on the BPV hose did not fit. They were way to small. I had to use the oem clamps. A side note, You my need to reset your ecu after install. Disconnect your negative battery terminal and hold the brake peddal for 30 sec. With out doing this you might see inconsistent Idle and rpms fluctuate while in nutral. It takes about 200 miles after the reset for the car to learn your driving habits. An ecu reset will not erase your tune.

Perfect fit. Tight like it should be. Good step up clamps too.
