Hello so I got 2014 Subaru Impreza Wrx Sti. Was wondering if I buy this block can I use all of my stock parts that fit oem short block. Do I have to get it tuned or I can keep it on stock tune?

A: Yes, you can transfer over you stock components, it's probably not a bad idea to get a tune to play it safe when installing a new motor, especially a non-OEM one.

Q: Stock Tune miltownWRX2 years ago
If i use old intake manifold, lines, ect,,,,,new gaskets, oil pan pickup, timing,, heads resurfaced from a stock 2011 wrx can i still use the Stock tune that came with car or do i need to get it tuned for the car to run properly with the built shortblock?

A: This shortblock will give you a slightly higher compression ratio with 2011 WRX heads. You should be ok with the stock tune, but it might be a good idea to get a tune just to be sure it is running perfectly.
