This is the IAG Performance Street Series Transmission Mount which has been designed to reduce drivetrain movement under high-performance driving conditions, or if you simply want a stronger mount that is a direct replacement for the OEM mount. If you have modifications that will increase the power and torque of your vehicle, there will naturally be more movement. The IAG Street Series Mount features a strong aluminum body with 75A durometer bushings that aren't too harsh for the street, but offer excellent support for the occasional weekend track event.

How does this fit the VA chassis if it’s only a 5 speed. Is there a 6 speed mount or somehow does this one work??

A: IAG designed this to fit the 5-speed models originally. It does also fit the VA WRX, according to IAG.

A: Correct, this is for the 5 speed only. IAG does not offer a mount for the automatic transmission.

A: All of IAG's transmission mounts will be significantly stiffer than the stock mount. This is a 75A durometer, Comp Series is a 90A durometer, and the Race Series is solid.
