Sounds amazing! Even with a stock downpipe(make sure you get the adapter to go with it if you sticking with the OEM DP). Install was fairly easy.
Overall this exhaust is 10/10. I went from the Sti Performance exhaust to this one and I absolutely love it. I want to give a Special thanks to the staff member Tyler for helping me choose this exhaust and for giving excellent customer service. The only issue I ran into was installing the hangers. Other than that it wasn’t that hard of a install. Thanks again RallySportDirect for helping me find what I wanted.

A: Catback systems should not have fitment issues with a CVT, it is primarily a concern with the downpipe/j-pipe.

A: We have only been able to confirm a couple versions. To find exhausts that will be a direct fir for your 2014 Forester XT, we recommend using the vehicle filter on our site.
