Hawk HPS Rear Brake Pads - Subaru Models (inc. 2002-2003 WRX / 2005-2009 Legacy GT)
Manufacturer Part # HB434F.543
Hawk Brake Pads are a popular choice for die-hard car enthusiasts simply because they can handle the street or track without the inherent harshness of aggressive pads.
These offer a higher coefficient of friction over stock brake pads and can provide you 20-40% more stopping power and higher resistance to brake fade than most standard replacement pads. Less fade means you will have a highly durable brake pad with less brake dust.
HPS Ferro-Compound pads feature:
- Increased stopping power
- High friction/torque in hot or cold conditions
- Gentle on rotors
- Extended pad life
- Low dust
- Virtually noise-free
- High-temperature brake parts lubricant included
- Street and light track use
- Comes with pre-installed shims
- Rear location

these are great pads. good feel, good initial bite, and good stopping power when u stand on them. i used these on my 04 wrx along with the outback rotors and caliper brackets for the rear since they are larger and it all works together well to haul u down quickly and smoothly. buy them. not the stop techs. these are better in every way.

Ive had these on for about 300 miles. No initial squeal and they seem to be very low dust. Very happy with the purchase. Went with the same pads in the front when I did a 4 pot conversion.
