Wrapped my up pipe on my 02 Wrx twice with this amount. And really kept the heat away the cylinder head. Great product for the price!
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: soaking and heat spray. tommyshibby5 years agoWith this heat wrap do I still need to soak it? How long would I have to wait before painting it afterwards? Is there a way to speed up the drying process?

A: Soaking Thermo Tec Original (tan) Exhaust Wrap is recommended to aid in the installation process. Soaking the wrap in a bucket prior to installing will reduce the amount of dust present during your install as well as providing a tighter more uniform final result. Allow to dry thoroughly before applying Thermo Tec Hi-Heat Coating. Another consideration may be to install Thermo Tec Graphite Black Wrap as is does not require soaking prior to installing.Cool It ThermoTec @ Thermo Tec 5 years ago
