  • Q: AEM Electronics 340lph E85 Hi Flow In-Tank Fuel Pump   dirtysock119 months ago

    Can it support 500whp on e85 ???
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This would not be quite enough for 500whp on ethanol for most setups, you'll want to be looking closer to a hard-wired pump around 450 lph, or possibly a dual pump setup.

  • Q: Currently having fuel stumble  Justin_sti10 months ago

I have a 2012 STi with "stage 2" mods plus the grimmspeed ebcs and cobb fpr on a custom tune. I recently started having fuel stumble / a hesitation feeling from 2800-3500 rpms pretty bad, like worse than it was with the stock fpr. I currently have 55k miles do you think this would solve my issue?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  A higher flow fuel pump definitely would not hurt, but there are several factors that contribute to the infamous stumble issue. I would say to contact your tuner to see what the route they recommend.

  • Q: Fitment  Ozzy V.1 year ago

Is this a direct fit for a 2014 STI? I just bought a Walbro 255 from you guys and it's not fitting the housing. Thanks!
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Although it's technically a universal part, this should be an easy drop in for the housing on your 14 STI.

  • Q: Stock sti injectors   Chris1 year ago

Will this product be compatible for the use of stock 2013 sti fuel injectors running 91 oct
  • Q: FPCM using hi-flow pumps  Gustavo Sucre1 year ago

I've read in some forums that using this fuel pump or also with the 240lph Walbro most certainly will produce stock FPCM to fail, cause it can not drive the currents this fuel pumps draw... That is why some people replace the pump and that won't solve their fueling issues (or make it worse). Can you or AEM guarantee stock FPCM can handle this pumps?? Regards...
  • Q: hp  sammyajohnston810961 year ago

how much whp will this pump support on e85?
    • 0 of 1 people found the following answer helpful

A:  It will depend on your injectors, fuel pressure, etc, but as a general rule, this would be good up to the high 300's-low 400's at the wheel on E85.

  • Q: install  jorge1 year ago

how do i connect the new wiring to the fuel assembly if theres no connector attached to the other end?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  You will connect this using a soldering iron and proper electrical connection insulation to your OEM wiring harness. This kit is designed to be spliced into the harness replacing the OEM connection.

will this be a direct fit for my 2012 subaru wrx? or is there a part number for the correct one?

  • Q: Direct fit 05 OBXT?  zachsfast33 years ago

Read a review that said this went into the correlating year WRX that most of the parts will also fit the 05 OBXT's will this also slip right into my tank with no modifications?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This fuel pump is a UNIVERSAL pump which means you will have to hardwire this into your tank. It is not a direct fit.
