Fairly good product 2 years ago

Everything came packaged and sealed. Very good craftsman ship. Injectors were very easy to install on the rails. Only problem I ran into was because these are after market rails I had to make fuel lines and the ends are -6AN fittings just make sure you get the right size o-ring with the fitting. To big or thick will cause the o-ring to be cut against the rail and cause leaks. Other than that everything fit fairly well. All this was installed on my 13 wrx.

I like what I see 2 years ago

I have not yet installed these and will try update this once I do. Overall the finish of these is very nice and will be a nice addition to my build. The 6AN fittings are as expected. The hardware and brackets look to be good quality. The injectors came with matching flow rates, although, they are all 976-979cc not the full 1000cc.

A:  We cannot confirm fitment on anything other than USDM based vehicles unfortunately.

A:  Hello Chris, If your STI is a Ver.6, we do have a EDM fitment kit. If your STI is a Ver.7 and later, this 6-102-1000 kit should fit.

What fuel lines would fit on a 2011 STI using this kit?
  • Q: Power ratings  orti1214297714 years ago

I understand that this is just a supporting mod but how much HP will it support on a 93 tune and a e85 tune before being maxed out?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  The injectors are going to be the limiting factor with the rails. 1000cc injectors should be good for around 650hp on gasoline and 500hp on E85 We do have a fuel injector calculator available on the DW site if you'd like to play around with some of the numbers http://www.deatschwerks.com/resources/fuel-calculators/fuel-injector-calculator

A:  On pump 93 you will start to run a high injector duty cycle at about the 700 hp mark. Due to the nature of E85, about 30% more fuel delivery is needed when compared to normal pump gas. 1000cc injectors would support around 450-500 hp both figures rated at the crank.

  • Q: Fuel lines?  rbyatt4 years ago

Would I be able to use my stock fuel lines with this product. I have a 04 wrx
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  More than likely not. The rails have been drilled and tapped to accept -6AN fitting on both ends. Would recommend running new supply lines for installation.
