Holy crap this thing is light. Way better than oem for sure. RPMs drop much faster so rev matching is a dream. Better throttle response and you bang through gears much quicker. Makes you feel like you're in a race car. Anyone that's replacing their clutch should pick up this flywheel, I guaruntee you will not be disappointed.

A broken clutch fork prompted a new clutch on my 1997 2.5L Subaru Outback Wagon, and I figured as long as I was in there I'd do a lightened flywheel to get some performance out of the deal. I expected very minor performance gains and some placebo effect, but was actually blown away by the noticeable difference it made. The car pulls harder and feels like the power band has effectively been widened. More power/torque at lower rpms and no real downside. Rpms also drop faster, but it has not negatively effected drive-ability for me and the huge smile on my face is well worth the $280.
Light as a feather

Compared to OEM fly wheel this thing is LIGHT. It works great with my NA. The results are very obvious in the way the car drives. Excellent upgrade.

Q: Cluth combo? kenjsylvia 5 years agoAnswer
What clutch would you recommend with this for a 2009 2.5i n/a Impreza?
A: I would recommend an OEM clutch if power is similar to stock to keep the vehicle comfortable and easier to drive. If you plan for more power you could go with something larger. Click Livechat or give us a call if you have any other questions about which clutch is right for you.
