Here you are looking at the Killer B Motorsport 321 Stainless Steel Holy Header. This particular header will come with the 2-bolt up pipe option, and it will also come equipped with an EGT sensor bung. This header is a great option for those of you looking to improve the sound and power throughout the entire RPM range.
Here are some key features:
- Cast Collector: The collector is made of thick walled cast 347 stainless. This design removes several welds which removes flow disruption for less turbulence. This also allows the collector to be designed as a true high-velocity merge.
- Short Equal Length Primaries: Shorter length primaries make for an equal length header which means less header volume and quick spool up.
- Symmetrical Primary Design: A similar tube length and bend geometry keeps the pulse velocities high and consistent when compared to equal length headers with different non-symmetrical primary tubing geometry.
- Smooth Mandrel Bends: All the bends utilize a mandrel to promote non-restrictive flow, and Killer B uses the largest bends possible at every location.
- Thick Walled 321 Stainless Steel Construction for Long Life: 321 is alloyed with titanium which not only costs more but it is ideal to handle the elements of extreme heat found in the turbocharger. With that being said, the turbocharger will create heat that will surpass the limits of 304 stainless steel, and 321 is more robust to promote longer life.

I was nervous about going to equal length headers because I didn't want to lose that classic boxer rumble. However the rest of the exhaust was already upgraded and this was the last piece, it didn't make sense to stay stock. After just seeing the product in my hands I knew I made the right choice. The build quality is phenomenal and the welds and pristine. You just have to look at it to know these are quality headers and worth every penny. After install I was truly blown away by the sound I still produced with these headers. I still have a bit of that rumble but it's even deeper now and the car sounds amazing.

I can't say enough, wow just an amazing piece of artwork that fit so flawlessly and performs sooo much better then.... Well every other header on the market. Truly worth every penny. Ps 07 sti clears factory filter with room but my fan shroud had a wired tab that stuck out and hit the header. Idk what it's there for but I went ahead and cut it off lol fits perfectly.

Fitment for this header is pretty snug. Which needless to say is both good and bad, I have Mishimoto oil cooler with the sandwich plate and had to remove this in order to install these headers. If you’re experiencing difficulty getting both sides evenly on. I advise to seat one side onto the studs and use a small pry bar on the other and gently pry it onto the studs. Fitment with a aftermarket oil cooler is questionable to me. I use MicroGard filter and it’s touching the header. I cut one of my DEI heat sleeves, which are rated about 1200 degrees direct heat and 2000degrees (I believe) radiated heat, and used a stainless steel DEI zip tie to hold it and cover the oil filter. I’ll be looking into OEM Subaru and the K&N oil filters in the next couple days to see if those are smaller than MircoGard. Overall I love the sound and the response difference. This has been one of my “must have” mods for a very long time.

KillerB holy header is the way to go if you want to get the most out of your turbo. Quality built. Takes away the rumble but spoils the turbo quicker. Well worth the money!

I usually have a hard time buying something with almost no reviews just because it looks like no one has actually bought them. So i did my research for a few weeks and finally decided to buy these headers. They arrived quick as always and i threw them on that weekend. Now i ran into one issue that no one seemed to talk about and it was that my o2 harness didnt quite reach. so i bought a extension from Godacca buisiness on amazon and threw it on LINK HERE--> (https://www.amazon.com/Harness-Connector-Oxygen-Sensor-Subaru/dp/B074DRSPH4/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1507481445&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=godaca+business+o2+subaru) Performance wise these headers shocked me quite a bit, i dont think ive ever passed somebody in fifth gear and actually said wow. The increase in mid to high power is just mind boggling. Id buy these headers again and ill suggest them to anyone i meet. +1 for killer b.

Hi, I am currently driving an 2006 STi EJ257. would you recommend this header or the other header which comes with the EGT bung? i am not sure as of how many O2 sensors does my stock manifold has. i plan to put an invidia up-pipe with the 02 bung and also planing to add EGT gauge and a A/F ratio gauge.
A: 2006 STi does not have a factory EGT sensor, or any sensors in the up-pipe. Our manifold does includes an O2 bung for the OEM O2 sensor.

hi i have a MY00 subaru impreza gc8 UK spec wrx with the ej 205 turbo jdm engine. would these headers bolt up to this said engine and car application?
A: Although they may fit a JDM engine, we are only able to confirm the fitment of these headers to USDM vehicles.
