When removing or replacing exhaust components, it is always a good idea to replace gaskets, as well as the bolts. These parts endure a lot of heat cycling and eventually after a certain mileage things can get stubborn, and just become damaged upon removal.
These are Subaru OEM which means they will thread in correctly the first time.
Don't resort to going to your local hardware store and try to get hardware that looks like it will fit. Do it the right with an OEM component.

These are good to have when replacing a downpipe with 100k miles on it. One of the old ones was rusted and started to strip. Cut it out and replaced with new.

Bought for backup and didnt end up needing them all. Seems expensive but to avoid headaches, its a good way to go. Would recommend to cars over 100K miles.
Great Bolts for up-pipe to turbo

This bolt works great and holds heat really well. I bought 2 of these and 3 studs, with 5 nuts to have a complete setup. Old ones were rusted and hard to take off.
Less expensive than the dealership!

Straight forward and does the job. Tried to purchase these at my local dealership and would have cost $22. Be sure to use anti seize when putting these on.
