  • Q: Aftermarket downpipe to stock cat  Dk2 years ago

Do I need this on a 2006 wrx? I just installed an Invidia downpipe on a stock catback. I am currently using the 3" downpipe to stock catback adapter with a donut.
  • Q: gasket fitment  rudy3 years ago

Will this gasket also fit the muffler to the midpipe for a 2014 wrx hatch using an invidia q300 exhaust?
  • Q: 02 WRX  futbolrunner3 years ago

Will this work with my TurboXS 4 in downpipe to race pipe paired to a TurboXS catback?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  We are not able to confirm fitment, as this is a universal product. This gasket will only work on 3" 2 bolt flanges, so I recommend measuring to verify the sizing on your application.

A:  Gabriel, If you are running an OEM down pipe with the SPT catback then all you need is the OEM graphite Donut. RSD sells them or you can always pick them up at a dealership too. -Matt Homes Operations

  • Q: Fitment  Cycleguy834 years ago

Will this gasket fit between stock downpipe and cobb catback/ and or midpipe? On a 2005 wrx.
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  We recommend using the OEM donut gasket with the stock downpipe. This gasket would fit in place, but the stock downpipe flange is not always perfectly flat and may not make a proper seal with a flat gasket.

  • Q: Cobb turbo back...  pchris444 years ago

I recently bought a 2005 STI that came with the Cobb Downpipe attached to the Stock STI catback. The Cobb catback was included, and I want to swap it on. I just need to be sure I have all the proper gaskets. I already have a 3 inch 2 bolt gasket. Will I need any others?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  For the connection between the downpipe and catback you will want to use the OEM donut gasket. This 3 inch gasket will work for the midpipe to axle back connection.

  • Q: Invidia Exhaust Fitment?  mhinkens4 years ago

Does anyone know if this will work as the gasket between the Invidia q300 midpipe and the Invidia catted down pipe on my 2008 sti? Right now I have a stock down pipe with a donut gasket against the flat style of the Invidia exhaust. I need to make sure I have the right gasket to fit between the new down pipe and the cat back exhaust. Thanks.
    • 1 of 1 people found the following answer helpful

A:  If your exhaust uses 3 flanges this should be a perfect match. Mike

A:  No this gasket is too large for an OEM system. Depending on the pieces you're trying to fit you may need a donut gasket or the one listed below. http://www.rallysportdirect.com/GrimmSpeed-020031-Universal-Exhaust-Gasket-2-25-2-5in Mike

Will this work with a Cobb dp to a SPT Cat back?

  • Q: Used for aftermrkt 3' to stock cat back?  gsmith3046 years ago

I have an 03 WRX and was going to get an aftermarket 3' catless downpipe. I am going to bolt it up to my stock catback, and this gasket will work fine with the dimensions I'm working with?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This gasket will not make that connection properly. I recommend investing in the Grimmspeed 3 inch downpipe to stock catback adapter (GRM 077044) to make that connection. Thank you.

Does this gasket fit a 2011 WRX without the need for modification?
    • 1 of 1 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This gasket is for 3" aftermarket Subaru exhausts. If the manufacturer of your exhaust stayed with the standard bolt spacing that most manufacturers use, then yes it will work.
