Do these gaskets come with the hardware (in. Bolts) to install them? If not, where can I find them?
A: These are just the gaskets, and you would be able to source bolts through the dealer.

should this be purchased when installing an up pipe...isnt it easier to remove the up pipe if the exhaust manifold is removed also?
A: Normally you would need to take the passenger side manifold section off in order to install a up-pipe so a replacement gasket for that side would be required.
