  • Q: Perrin catted DP  jasonkn184 years ago

I have a Perrin catted DP for the 2005 WRX. Will this fit with a Borla catback exhaust?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This will fit any 3 inch 2 bolt exhaust flange. As long as its not a donut gasket or slip joint, it will work.

Will the bolts line up with with a Invidia catless dp to a SPT catback?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This gasket will fit an Invidia downpipe and SPT catback, although adapter # GRM 077044 is recommended so you can use an OEM donut gasket for a better seal.

  • Q: 2011 STi  SxRetaliationxS6 years ago

Would this Gasket be a good purchase to go along with a Invidia downpipe and N1 Race Catback?

A:  The Invidia downpipe and catback will come with the gaskets you need to install it, but it is never a bad idea to have a spare. Thanks, Rick

  • Q: Cobb downpipe to SPT exhaust  magnus6 years ago

Would this gasket fit between a cobb 3in dp and spt exhaust or do i need the 3in to stock adapter?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  I could be wrong, but I assume the SPT also tapers to accept the factory Donut gasket, and if it does, then you would just want a new Donut gasket and you should be set. :) Thanks, Rick

  • Q: Leak  manfredi.david052517 years ago

Will this gasket seal any leaks when using it with 04 Wrx stock dp to Cobb cbe?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  It should work but your stock down pipe works best with a factory donut gasket. This gasket would be best suited for two flat flanges. Mike

  • Q: Exhaust Leak  tryfe7 years ago

I've got an exhaust leak where my Invidia v3 meets my Blitz NurSpec R catback. I'm currently using a GrimmSpeed regular gasket. I've tightened/loosened/retightened but the leak is still there. Would this 'Double Thickness' gasket eliminate the leak?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Most likely it would take care of the problem for you, but I would also check to make sure the flanges are straight with no build up or deep scratches on the mating surfaces, but the thick gasket can help with any small irregularities in the flanges. Thanks.

A:  I have the same setup as you. It didn't work for me, even after cleaning up the mating surfaces and ensuring that both bolts were equally tight. :(
