No bolts, nuts and washers
GS 9 months ago
Tbh, I went with these instead of the Whitelines, not because of the "go Kartboy or nothing" general opinion, but because the Whitelines are slotted on the middle of the rear ones, a thing that does not appeal to me strength-wise. I'm rating these 4 stars because even if the Whitelines are slightly cheaper, they DO come with install hardware, bolts and stuff. Kartboy does not! Other than this, they seem to be of great craftsmanship, even if the install is scheduled for tomorrow.

Quieted my suspension, performance is good.

I think this is a great pair of endlinks for the price. Bought them and installed them in less than 2 hours. (And I was taking my time). Much beefier than stock. quieted down all of my low speed city driving knocking, such as going over small potholes or road bumps. Definitely recommend the spacers, I don't see how the fronts would line up without them.

Worth every penny

Great product. I installed upgraded 22mm sway bars and added these in to attach them. Used the kartboy spacers in the front to get the right angle with that. Would certainly recommend this over the plastic ones that came stock.

Awesome Endlinks, but...

I bought this set for my '06 WRX wagon to use with Rallitek front and rear sway bars. The rear ones fit perfect and work great, but I had some fitment issues with the front endlinks. The front endlink angles were pretty bad, almost pulling the upper bushings out. This can be solved by adding a few washers to the upper bushing, or possibly by buying the Kartboy spacers. One other thing, the lower holes on the front links are larger than the stock 8mm bolts, so there is play here. I read on a NASIOC thread that this was intentional, but I can't figure out why. Regardless of my specific issues with the front links, I would recommend this set to any WRX wagon owner. I noticed a good improvement from stock and haven't had any problems with clunking or squeaking as some people have described.

  • Q: Mix and Match Question  Distinction 4 years ago

    Answer

I have a 98 impreza with an 06 sti crossmember and swaybar. the rest of the suspension is from an 03 wrx wagon. which end links do i need for the front and back and what is the difference?

    • A: We would not be able to confirm fitment with your setup. It may be best to match the front with an 06 STI endlink set and the rears with the wagon endlinks but we do not have the ability to guarantee fitment on a unique setup like that.

  • Q: front and rear end links  mwkfw43143 4 years ago

    Answer

my cobb ball bearing end links are loose and rattley. these kartboy links look like they fit my 98 forester. I have a 20mm white line rear sway bar. do the kartboy links have a replaceable bearing/bushing? thanks -mw

    • A: These are confirmed to fit on the 98 Forester. There are replacement bushings available. The part number for these bushings is going to be KAR KB-017X . Thank you.

  • Q: will it mate up correctly?  RexWagon12 5 years ago

    Answer

would these mate up properly with the perrin front/rear sway bars or would I need spacers?

    • A: Spacers are necessary with aftermarket sway bars if the endlinks are at an angle after installation. Each application can vary and you can't always predict if spacers will be necessary before installation.

    • A: So the best option would be to buy some just in case, ok thanks. Which woul you recommend?

      RexWagon12 5 years ago
    • A: I recommend using the Kartboy spacers for the front and spacers in the rear are not needed.

  • Q: hardware?  blkbordciv22 5 years ago

    Answer

does this kit come with new hardware to mount up to the sway bars, or do you just reuse your stock hw? thanks

    • A: Stock hardware is re-used when installing these endlinks.
