For the price and the ease of installation, this is an awesome product. This build ('17 STi) has my priority being reliability, longevity and cooling... THEN power. These magnets are just one small piece of the full suit of armor for your Subie.

I've had these installed since 2016 using stock exhaust w/ factory heat shield, and boy do these magnets still hold up strong. For what its worth, my stock STI engine still redlines to 7000rpm on a daily basis, I doubt these magnets have anything to do with that, but i do alot of frequent oil changes due to the way i drive this thing, these magnets are just added insurance to keep the oil cleaner. Definitely recommend this to anyone with the screw on filter set up.
