Garbage - please don't buy 8 years ago

Purchasing this tow hook is equivalent to taking your $131.00 and setting it on fire. The product is of poor quality and Cusco customer service is even worse. My tow hook arrived with the red paint flaking off of the hook mechanism. I contacted them about a warranty claim, and they told me I was out of luck because I had installed the part. This is a sorry excuse, as defective paint has nothing to do with screwing in one bolt. Run away from this company!

What is the length of the tow hook rod? I have bought a similar tow hook online but it doesn't fit for the rod is too short.
