A: The other common gaskets that people get are the turbo to downpipe and downpipe to catback gasket. As the downpipe is removed majority of the time when the motor is removed.

A: Correct, this will be more for a build with a complete shortblock, or top end build. These will not include any of the gaskets that go between the block halves. Thanks.
