Pretty easy install. No extra parts needed just swap them out with stock struts.

Love them
Keith's WRX 3 years ago
I just put them in my 2004 WRX running 245/40/18's. The shop set the ride height so I have no rubbing issues and I love the shocks. When I picked up the car they had left the shocks at 0 all they way around. I thought I would leave it that way for a 30 minute ride home on the highway to see what they were like - I think I rattled the teeth out of my mouth and the back end was really loose. I set them to 12/12 and the car is handling very well. We'll see where I leave them for racing. I was running the Koni adjustable inserts, and they worked well, but I kept breaking them... Which was probably my fault. I ran into a couple STI's competing for FTD at Chicago in the fall and they swore by these BCs. Just playing a little they feel great.

    Answer

What is the part number for the rear camber plates to order separately?

    • A: Unfortunately, we do not offer the camber plates separately and you will need to contact BR Racing directly on this.

    Answer

Hi, I'm curious about how long necessary the rear camber plates are? I think I understand the purpose of camber plates, but in what cases you absolutely have to have them? And when can you go with just the front ones? Thanks for your advice. Been trying to find answer on Web for a while unsuccessfully.

    • A: Front and rear camber plates on a McPherson strut allows for the driver to easily adjust the angle of the front and rear wheels. Camber adjustment is extremely useful if you're planning on lowering the car a lot or are going to be racing the car. When you lower a car it will naturally change the suspension geometry, and the more you lower it, the more the geometry changes, which is why front and rear camber plates are useful. They're not a necessity, but they certainly make your life easier when it comes to camber angle adjustments.
