This product help 1000 times over and over I highly recommend especially if u a Subaru
Running stage 2+ EBCS HWG tune and performance is amazing. The custom monitors/gauges are awesome.
Best bang for your buck. My 2005 WRX Wagon has 215K well maintained miles on it. While it wasn't necessarily slow, it had the usual stock tune WRX turbo lag and lackluster power delivery. Installed the AccessPORT, and man, it was a night and day difference. Off the line linear power delivery, quicker spool up, and NO MORE LAG! The AP Stage 1 tune turns the WRX into everything it should have been from the factory, and the ability to check and clear codes, datalog, and monitor in real time is just a bonus. It turned my Black Betty into BAMBALAM and I have no regrets in purchasing my AP. BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. PERIOD.
When it comes to plug and play tuning, monitoring software and function Cobb AccessPort is on the top of the list. I have 4 Subaru's and all of the use the Cobb AccessPort, the quality and support from Cobb is excellent.
I paid full price from rallysportdirect for this accesport v3 and was send a used unit, didn't even come with a screen protector on it, the screen and case are full of scratches and the cord already has problems(cuts out of moved) I emailed the support to get this issue resolved but now have not gotten a response for 4 days now. I have sent multiple emails

I have a 2003 wrx with protune headers and up pipe, 3in down pipe and 3 in cat back with all cat delete abs egr delete and a Cobb cold air intake. It needs a tune really bad. I’m buying a Cobb access port soon what tune should I run?

A: It sounds like you need a custom tune from a professional tuner. With your mods, an OTS map would not work well.

A: While the AccessPort will work, the OTS maps are not meant for the Invidia down pipe. The catback won't effect it, but their OTS maps are meant for Cobb parts specifically.

A: Unfortunately, Cobb's OTS maps will only work with USDM vehicles, they don't currently offer anything for the EJ207.

A: Unfortunately the COBB AccessPORT is only compatible with USDM vehicles. Although there are stand alone ECUs you are able to use for tuning, ie Haltech, LINK, and AEM.
