Bought this for my 05 legacy gt and I love it! Easy to install and immediately you could hear the turbo spool it sounds beautiful.
Pretty much sums it up its excellent
First impressions when you open the box, there isn't a lot there. It goes together seamlessly, with little to no need to look at the included and well-written instructions. You are able to hear the turbo spool as well as the by pass valve with this intake in place, but not to the point of it being intrusive on road trip conversations. I have seen an improvement in gas mileage, albeit slight, which is a plus. Looks sharp under the hood, sounds great, and does what it is supposed to. Another great COBB product, another satisfied customer. Thank you COBB, and thank you Rally Sport Direct.
Extremely easy to install yourself with basic tools. This intake also allows you to get a sneak peak of how your turbo sounds which is great. I've noticed a little power increase and it seems like I have slightly better gas mileage when I'm not having fun too.
Easy install, and quality materials. The sound is great too, without all of the stock silencers and resonators:)

Looks like Installation in my car will require the removal / moving of a sensor. Will this turn on my check engine light?

A: This does require tuning, but does not require removal of the MAP sensor. It should not cause a CEL, assuming it is properly tuned for.

Q: What happens if you don’t tune your car as asked? TJ Dix4 years ago
I have a stage 1 chip that I’m hoping will do the job, but what happens if the tune isn’t correct? How will I know if it isn’t working?

A: Improper tuning/not tuning the vehicle can result in the engine running lean, which can cause serious motor damage. Cobb's intake is only recommend for their Accessport maps or a pro-tune.
