This is the COBB Tuning Fuel Pressure Regulator Manifold Reference Relocation Kit. This kit includes all the components to successfully relocate the fuel pressure regulator reference line to a more stable pressure source. This allows the user to move the fuel pressure regulator's manifold pressure reference away from cylinder #4 cylinder runner, and into a plenum-based source. This prevents unwanted manifold pulsations from affecting the FPR because it now utilizes pressure from all cylinders rather than just one.

I know with the whole Fuel Pressure Regulator kit, it is required, but I was planning on purchasing this to fix my god awful stumble present. Will I need a different tune along with my Stage 1 OTS tune?

A: This kit does not require a tune. You only need a tune if the stock FPR is replaced.

A: I just got an email from COBB stating that just this kit alone would not fix the stumble issue, and that it is meant for when you replace the fuel pressure regulator. I couldn't understand why they would offer this kit separate, as it is included with their fuel pressure regulator, but I guess it is meant for the person that uses a different aftermarket FPR. Oh well, good thing it was only 20 bucks. THIS WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT AN AFTERMARKET FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR AND TUNE.
