Had a small leak on my original line and this was cheaper than from the dealer and has a better look. It's has the same feel as factory and has held up for more than a year and is still going strong.

Does its job 2 years ago

Better clutch feel than OEM, especially with fresh fluid. What can I say? It's a clutch line. It does what it's supposed to do. Buy it, buy a bottle of quality fluid, enjoy the smiles.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

  • Q: For a Push or Pull Clutch?  Loscaldazar6 years ago

Is this for a push or pull clutch? Someone who lives around me showed me the box and it had the same part number as listed above, but under that part number it had Pull type clutch listed. LGT and 06+ WRX are Push type, yet the box is labeled pull type.
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  Goodridge stated that this part number was originally for a pull style clutch, but has since been updated for the push style clutch. The new labels should show that this part is for push style clutches.

  • Q: 09 WRX Sedan  armyofcase6 years ago

I noticed when this part was placed besides the stock clutch line that the Good Ridge line is significantly shorter. When attempting to install, the length makes it an issue. Have you noticed this before?
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  This is not something that we have seen come up in the past and this line will be a direct OEM replacement unit.

  • Q: what is the purpose?  wrmyx086 years ago

so what does upgrading my clutchline do? does it have a large effect on the shifting or what
    • 0 of 0 people found the following answer helpful

A:  It reduces the flex in the line when you push the clutch. The flex in the stock line takes away from some of the feel and the time it takes to activate the clutch. So by doing a clutch line you get better feedback along with a hair faster activation. Same principal as doing brake lines.
