Perfect cusco material as always. Very easy installation, highly recommended.
Unless you are doing Springs/Shocks or sway bars it is hard to feel these type of suspension items. Is it the Placebo effect or not? Either way the car does feel solid, does it feel better well its hard to tell. It might feel a little tighter when taking turns if I had to say anything. Install is not to bad depending on how old your car is and weather conditions you might want to redo some of the original hardware for the rear Diff crossmember, I replaced my bushing mounting plates and all the bolts and since I was there got a new set of kartboy crossmember bushings. Pictures show mounting these on top of the E-Brake cable brackets but I did not - I actually removed the brackets because they were so rusted and I would rather mount my brace directly to the car without a bracket in between the brace and the car. Also you do not need this bracket, you couldn't move the cable even if you wanted. Quality and paint is perfect. Price is a little high so try to use a coupon code on these. Torque to Subaru Specs. Enjoy!
I just installed these on my 06 STI and it inst just a simple bolt on part. I had to remove my under tray on both sides and trim them off with a shearers in order to bolt this to the frame brackets. Other than that they look great and I can actually feel these pieces just driving in a straight line, the car seems more stiff side to side when going over smaller bumps.
Well most definitely this item added bling factor under the car that is without a doubt. As long as you have a safe way to get underneath your car this is an easy install literally like 5 minutes. The hardest part is jacking the car off the ground. As far as handling I dont know because I installed my cusco sway bar and Cusco endlinks as well at the same time. But It makes me smile everytime I look underneath the car and that alone made it worth it for me.
