And when this happens, it can definitely affect the performance of your vehicle.
This kit will come with everything needed for the installation which includes hose, hardware, and brackets finished in Cusco's flagship blue finish. The catch can will come polished, and will come with a 0.2 liter capacity.

The whole kit looks good and the can is definitely well built. The only thing is that the instructions are in Japanese. I found the English version on the cusco site though the pictures don't exactly match what my Bay looks like. I still cannot tell which hose I'm supposed to disconnect and cap.
This fits my 04 WRX hybrid like a glove. Cusco product quality is second to none.
The install is pretty straight forward even with the Japanese instructions the images basically make it foolproof. It is ran vented to atmosphere in the original configuation but on the Cusco site it shows that you can run the return line back to the intake its up to you of course. The Bling factor is a +5 stars of course. I gave it 4 stars simply because they didnt include a line if you wanted to re-route it back to the Intake. Other than that it a decent purchase and I would buy it again. Thanks rallysportdirect yet again..
I have yet to install this catch can due to needing a fabricated extra bracket for my Halo headlights. Other than that it will look great once finaly in.
over all this was a straight forward install. at first the brackets made no sense but once you get it in place then the bolt up perfectly behind the headlight. also kinda small but looks good under the hood!

Q: How do you drain the can? jordanrunes3 years agoJust wondering the ease of draining the catch can?

A: You can remove the can and empty the contents by removing the top of the site tube for level and tipping it upside down into a container. The details of this are specified at the very bottom of this instructional guide. http://www.cuscousainc.com/downloads/dl/file/id/115/672_009_an_engine_parts_oil_catch_tank_subaru_impreza_gdb_applied_c_e.pdfNick S. @ RallySport Direct 3 years ago

Q: oil in inter cooler ssjrlvl3222915 years agoi have a lot of oil going into my inter cooler. will this help?

A: The reason for a catch can is to help reduce the amount of blow-by that is resulted for PCV gasses. Its not guaranteed to remove ALL of the oil, but it should help reduce the amount of oil.Kirill C. @ RallySport Direct 5 years ago
