    I've had this on the car for several years, along with a few exhaust changes from stock to UEL header (not cat), Perrin OP, and HKS resonated front pipe (no cat). Sounds great. I had it installed so can't speak to that except it took two tries to get the tips aligned properly.

    This catback produces a really nice deep sound. I have it paired with a JDL UEL header, and stock OP & FP. No real noticeable power gain, but the car _sounds_ faster. Really nice quality. The design and construction of the exhaust (v-band connections, set screw pieces on hangars) makes it really easy to assemble and put on the car. The v-bands also mean you don't have a bunch of gaskets to worry about replacing. Unfortunately these design elements also mean that it is time consuming to get everything lined up properly. Because the exhaust is in three sections, the center section can be rotated independently of the others which will change the position of the exhaust tips fore/aft & up/down. I had to do a lot of trial and error to get it just right. Maybe Perrin could include some indexing marks on the v-band flanges and hangars to help customers get it set up mostly right the first time, only require fine tweaks afterwards. Again, sounds absolutely awesome, but it wasn't as quick as most catback installs.
